Magezi K A envisioned E‑Scholar Hub as a quiet, dependable home for higher‑education content in Uganda. With a background in information science and digital libraries, he has shaped the platform to respect both academic rigour and the realities of students learning on limited time and data.
The result is a focused space where university and tertiary students can quickly find what matters, lecturers can organise and monetise their work, and institutions can showcase quality teaching and programmes.
